This 1more app keeps on crushing, and 1more earbuds keeps on disconnecting and reconnecting while I'm listening to my audio or while it's paired.

The app is not professional music player. There is no option to make a playlist or even search a music name!

I can never get these things to work. Can't pair, can't do anything. What a waste of money. There are no clear instructions to help.

Not user friendly. Unable to upgrade firmware even at 100 percent charge.

App is literally not doing anything Seriously, everytime I try and pair my earbuds to my phone it says I need the app, but the app doesn't actually help. I cannot try the plugged in method as my phone doesn't have a 3.5 mm jack.

This is my go to application for every new audio device. This tunes your earphones, headphones and speakers to your expected level. Usage time: 3-4 hrs - MID RANGE (Sennheiser, Brainwavz, Huawei, Jabra, etc) 1-2 hrs - FLAGSHIP (Sony 1000xm3, UE Boom, Marshall) 6-8 hrs - budget (Boat, UBON, Alexa) I've been using this app since 2016 and bought a lot of devices since then. Going from very budget friendly options to flagship offerings 1More assistant never disappointed. Thanks developers.

What is this app even for. Its doesn't work just wants to burn in my phones that I have had for weeks. Other than that. I have a quality music player why would I need one that doesn't work

App is useful. But the amount of permissions it requires is VERY suspicious. Why would a music app need my location or my camera?
